The Church--the Body--the Life, Jung Hak Joo

I am a brother in the Lord from the local church in Atlanta. I want to share the riches of the church and the line of life in the Bible revealed to me through Watchman Nee's and Witness Lee's ministry in many books.

Whenever I read these ministry books, the Lord's shining light causes me to depend more on God. I see that to follow God's leading is not a matter of good and evil, but of how much I live Him out as my life. For this, I really depend on His mercy. I also realize that for me to participate in bringing forth the church that is God's heart's desire, I have to live Him as my life day by day. Regardless of my feeling, I need to call upon His name above every name in my daily life, even in the small things. I want to be constituted with Him by breathing Him deeply as my life and by coming to the Spirit of the Lord.

The church does not result from any work, but rather, from the expression of God's life. Therefore, the first thing for me to do before God is to be constituted with Him through taking Him who is the light into my being. Thank Him for the real expression of the church--to live out and to manifest this life.
